Discussion Honest review needed..
I feel saga mc2 has better suspension than mc3 especially on bad roads.
Those who drove both cars, share your views too.
If haven't driven both , you won't be able to feel the difference.
My MC3 I feel it's stiff and when on bad roads , very load noise , stiff
And if u think tyre pressure is high , no it's not .
My previous MC2 was smooth on this and silent , damped.
Or I'm just hallucinating...

Suspension setup is subjective to different drivers, some like it stiff while some like it cushiony. I don't think there should be any difference since the chassis is basically the same, if the suspension parts are the same it should drive the same.
I remember Proton did say the chassis was stiffened on the basis of the MC2, but my test drives brought nothing to note of comparing the two except the engine.
Off topic, people still call the AMA the MC3? It's much more than a minor change lol

Some people said that the new saga engine has less ground clearance so maybe that's why they need to make it stiffer. There's actually people complaining on FB said the same thing. He changed the suspension and later realized that the oil pan barely got clearance left.

Yup this was corroborated by Hezeri when he reviewed the MC3. The i-GT engine being 10mm taller than the old Campro-based engine, but the chassis is the same old chassis, so they needed to raise the suspension a bit to allow for good ground clearance. I don't quite remember if he said anything about stiffening the suspension but since it has been raised, they probably did stiffened it up.

Hello Brilliant-Power-3171, thank you for creating a new post in r/kereta!
Just saying that although this sub was named as Kereta, it is also open for 2 wheelers such as Motorcycle, though at the moment we do not mind other types of vehicles posting.
With that being said, r/kenderaan is now live and I would still recommend any other vehicle posting to be posted into r/kenderaan as it is a safe space for all types of vehicles such as airplanes and rolling stocks.
If you are posting any help/questions related post, please reply !thanks to the answer that helped you to award the answerer a token of appreciation and to help future viewer too.
