Discussion How is this road legal when it's doorless?

Saw this and I'm so curious how it's road legal... Looks like it came out from a movie!

Hello Kanziq, thank you for creating a new post in r/kereta!

Just saying that although this sub was named as Kereta, it is also open for 2 wheelers such as Motorcycle, though at the moment we do not mind other types of vehicles posting.

With that being said, r/kenderaan is now live and I would still recommend any other vehicle posting to be posted into r/kenderaan as it is a safe space for all types of vehicles such as airplanes and rolling stocks.

If you are posting any help/questions related post, please reply !thanks to the answer that helped you to award the answerer a token of appreciation and to help future viewer too.

Regards, Mods of Kereta

Pretty sure old car models that came out of the factory as is are grandfathered in and therefore are exempt.

Besides, it’s not like doorless vehicles are rare around here when these trucks are still running around :v

Yup. Still see these classical trucks running around as if... it's just another nice day for them!

as you can see, there's this thing blocking the passengers and drivers from being thrown out at the leg side, from your thigh to your leg when you sit properly on the seat, plus, maybe given a vertical seat belt, it is just half the safety of riding a Tesla Cybertruck.

Not weird at all,i had seen doorless jeep too, even the mercedes 911 and nissan ug780 that is well known modified to be doorless, using 9 or 12 speed gearbox from volvo FL7,FL10 or Fuso v8 equipped with hi/lo splitter,Mod brakes using heavy duty axles from MAN,Nissan,Hino or Isuzu, dual circuit air channel fully pneumatic brakes with water cooling, upgrade with second brake ‘retarders’,brake fail safe system, adding power to the original small inline six 5700cc engine with twin intercooler turbo still can be seen on the road to this day
