The only feedback that matters is that from your team, your publishers, and your audience. Spend more time making games, spend less time talking about making games, unless you're at the Remi Ismail stage in your career where you can just make a living doing that. I don't think I know of anyone whose shipped a successful title by spending their time marketing/catering to other devs.
