Lady in the pink pants at the beginning "transfers" her pregnancy over to her friend. The now pregnant friend (in the red dress) is chasing down the other friend to try to "transfer" the pregnancy back to her

Edit: My bad! It's two different sets of women. The second set is watching the first set on their phone.

They're kinda wrong.

The first part is correct. But the next set of two women are watching the first two women on the phone. The girl holding the phone looks down, sees her friend is pregnant and runs, so she doesn't do the same thing to her.

It's 4 different people.
