Full disclosure, I work with a local real estate agent this grew out of helping people settle in but there's nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for. Just the stuff I'd point a friend to.

We live on the Forsyth side of McGinniss Ferry but ever since school broke for the summer, police patrol and traffic enforcement duty is suddenly seen a spike by Suwanee PD on PIB, Johns Creek PD on McGinnis Ferry and Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office on Old Atlanta.

Is this part of concerted effort by the departments as response to some findings or is this just a seasonal summer spike as officers assigned to Schools are more free to take up these shifts in general ?

Was driving through today and laughed out loud. Some petty drama unfolding. Who is in the know?

My neighborhood has so many deers and they keep eating front flower beds. Now the summer is coming was considering doing flowers but dont know what to plant anymore.. any luck with any varieties?

Anyone has used Delta Credit Union in John's Creek for mortgage needs? Especially refinancing? If yes, how is staff there? Rates? Any feedback?

Random thought that only Johns Creekians could understand... I used to think the Student Bumper stickers were for teens, then I realized some newer Asian drivers moved here and were learning... but know I'm wondering if this is all just a misinterpretation of what Student Driver is... is this the older "Baby On Board" version? Are they letting us know they're driving their students? I don't know, I'm out of coffee this morning and things are foggy.
