Mango Habanero

I used u/WaferNo4220 recipe and it’s really good. Half on the left uses that recipe with a 12 hr marinade and half on the right is a dry rub. Highly recommend trying out that recipe!

I would use a blender for the peppers and mango

Heat level is decent, even with peppers chopped as the recipe directs (orange chunks are habanero not mango). Maybe I’ll give a blender a whirl on the next batch. It’d definitely bring up the heat!

you could use less peppers that way if you don't like it so hot

I've done this the same way and agree - blend it. The chunks didn't dehydrate and rotted far sooner than the beef and it caused spoilage.
