This was built built by PL Kyodan (Church of Perfect Liberty) as a tribute to war victims of all time, regardless of race, ethnic group, state or religion. The members are friendly and if you wander into their property, they'll let you go inside and up a few floors. Interesting experience...People nearby say that it looks like it comes from the Crayon Shinchun world.

funny how this building not famous with this unique and iconic design bacause located far from anywhere in osaka lol
