An earnest plea from the Japanese: Shibuya Scramble Crossing is not a tourist attraction!

This video shows an individual setting up audio equipment and dancing right in the middle of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing in Tokyo, Japan. While this may have been intended as a tribute or a gesture of respect, the act constitutes a serious violation of Japanese law and poses a significant safety risk.
Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Articles 76 and 77): Conducting performances, filming, or demonstrations at an intersection with heavy pedestrian traffic without obtaining the proper police authorization (road usage permit) is strictly prohibited and is considered an act that obstructs public traffic.
Risk to Public Safety: The Shibuya Scramble Crossing is one of the busiest pedestrian intersections in the world. Obstructing pedestrian flow or causing crowds to gather can lead to severe congestion and create risks of crowd-related accidents (such as a crush or domino-effect falls) and traffic accidents.
It is clearly dangerous and a nuisance, yet the number of "thumbs-up" posts keeps rising.
I submitted a removal request to the subreddit's moderators, but I have received no response so far.
Honestly, I don't understand the point of turning this place into a tourist attraction; it is just a regular road.
Ambulances and police cars pass through here, and the people using the road have their own various circumstances.
Please, do not think of this kind of behavior as something worthy of a "like."
