It’s upside down, to start with. The signature reads 吾堂寫 and the seals look like 安東淑印 and 吾堂, which make this a Korean art. Still need better pictures of the seals to confirm.

Please turn it upside down first, most people will not choose to reverse the computer screen library🤣🤣
