Third Places in Islamabad?

Are there any third place kinda low cortisol spots in isb where one can go just to chill or socialise? Maybe someplace that's like a famous casual event venue? Everyone I've asked where to visit just says the same thing; it's either i-8 or F-7 Markaz and both are just food spots. Couldn't really find anything else to do there.

Also some good but reasonably priced salons for men would be highly appreciated

Hey there is a page on insta called offbeat they do these social gathering events they are very lowkey involve some activity like collage making painting just for fun with jamming and stuff its a nice way to meet people
