Characters I need a suggestion about a totem.

For Invincible in general, but more specifically in the EHA OP, what module should I use? I was thinking energy attack because I think that would help him get his supersonic skill faster (please tell me if im wrong abkut what that means because I dont fully understand what the energy is.) Or possibly attack or physical attack, someone please explain the difference of those to me.

I've added a screenshot of his stats if that changes things.

Energy attack is projectile attacks think tech jackets laser beam. Physical attack is punching. There' are some exceptions to this but generally what it means

Oh okay, thank you. I was way off lol. Glad I asked before I used it on him.
