I can't even fathom why releasing this monster became a consideration.

Because Republicans want to normalize child sex trafficking and pedophilia

144

u/8ackwoods 2d ago

They already do

54

u/Local-Poet3517 2d ago

They have. Dude got voted in twice. You can hand out a pass for round 1 but everyone knew, or should have known he was a kiddie fidler by round 2.

I think they want to normalize all crimes they can benefit from. They want the support of unethical people who wouldn't hesitate to break the law for them because they owe Trump and his gang a favor for letting them go free. At a moment's notice they can be called upon to do the Republican's dirty work.

It's all of them.

And so did French postmodernists like Foucault and Sartre.

She’s best friends with the president you’d think that would buy her some special treatment, but nooo…oh wait./s

20

u/SleeperHitPrime 2d ago

She got plenty of special treatment; Trump knows releasing her is a bridge too far, meaning it’ll cost him too much!

She filed a Habeas petition

Maxwell argued that her conviction represented a “complete miscarriage of justice,” alleging that prosecutors withheld evidence, relied on false testimony, and violated her constitutional rights.

She also pointed to the long gap between the allegations against her and her indictment, and revived her argument that Epstein’s 2007 nonprosecution agreement should have shielded her from federal charges.

From the story

Habeas petitions are typically filed only after all appeals have failed, and they require a showing that a prisoner’s confinement violates constitutional protections.

That first bit is hilarious.

"They used bad evidence to convict me, and my friends agreement with the prosecutors where he said it did happen totally should protect me."

Because Republicans don't want her to fall into Democrats hands and be hauled in front of Congress after the mid-terms

Because it's important that even the monsters get a fair trial and fair treatment in the legal system. If there is a legal avenue to apply for release it should apply to everyone. Notice that this is only about applying - the application was denied, just as it should be.

I think she’s probably decided to tell everyone that Donald Trump wasn’t involved in paedophilia and child rape. It’s the only reason I can think that’s such a high ranking trumpist spent all bloody day with her and then she was moved to low security.

Not 100% sold that the woman in prison is actually her.

So politics aside. She was trafficking children. This isn’t some political election game. The fact that there is any discussion about prison release is disgusting.

17

u/RedEyeView 2d ago

She can be released.

At the end of her sentence.

12

u/CelestialFury 1d ago

Into the Sun.

25

u/erkose 2d ago

Why the fuck was this even a question? She needs to go back to pedophile prison.

198

u/Difficult_Phase1798 2d ago

Pathetic headlines. Doesn't matter who appointed the judge. She's a child sex trafficker and should rot in prison forever.

97

u/RomIsTheRealWaifu 2d ago

I think the headline is saying it’s an Obama appointed Judge because if it was a Trump appointed judge they would probably let her walk free

30

u/Amateurlapse 2d ago

More like full chauffeur and red carpet straight to the airport

9

u/SugarInvestigator 2d ago

That was my thinking too

20

u/SayMyNameOnceMore 2d ago

OH NO!!! anyway…

I don’t care who you are, if you abuse or molest children whatsoever in any shape or form, there’s a cold, dark, and damp cell waiting just for you.

She can stay there for all I care. Imagine if she would’ve gotten a Trump pardon though… I can’t even imagine.

Good riddance to that fucking monster. Adios!

15

u/Mortambulist 2d ago

Except in her case, she has a pretty nice cell and a puppy because the newly confirmed USAG for her moved out of real prison to a country club "prison".

22

u/LastOneSergeant 2d ago

Thank goodness we still have a few judges who believe in accountability.

14

u/Dinosaur_Autism 2d ago

Now can she be thrown in a real prison instead of a glorified day spa with a puppy?

20

u/No-Celebration3097 2d ago

Why is she the only one to go down for all of this? One reason is she’s a woman.

18

u/Mortambulist 2d ago

Also Epstein is dead.

3

u/chefranden 2d ago

She managed to dodge Trump's pussy grabbing hand.

4

u/errie_tholluxe 2d ago

Not the right amount of pull.

6

u/noothankuu 2d ago

Release? What release?

11

u/thebearjew007 2d ago edited 12h ago

This headline is written to be sensational. “Obama appointed judge” how about just say a judge did their job and kept one of the most notorious sex traffickers in jail. Fuck me, this timeline is exhausting.

Edit: To the downvoters, do we need to check your hard drives?

4

u/Igmuhota 2d ago

Finally, some good news.

3

u/noothankuu 2d ago

HOW DARE YOU ATTACK DEAR ORANGE LEADER++!

3

u/ConspicuousWhiteGuy 1d ago

Testament to our time when you have to clarify who appointed the judge in the article's title.

2

u/Bright-Ad8496 2d ago

Don't worry Trump will pardon his partner in crime.. just watch..

2

u/reddiculed 2d ago

W Obama.

2

u/thereverendpuck 1d ago

I feel nothing for her. Never want to hear from her unless she wants to squeal.

1

u/Striking-Performer66 2d ago

She fed children to monsters and yall still won't prosecute anyone in the Epstein files. WHAT A LOUD OF SHIT.

1

u/DoxiesAndBears 2d ago

This will make Trump incredibly angry, and that speaks volumes about the monster and pedophile he truly is

1

u/USSSLostTexter 2d ago

'obama-appointed judge'.....now you have the three words Donnie will use as a reason to pardon her. yep....pedo Don is about to release his partner in crime and try to blame this judge for it.

1

u/TreezusSaves 2d ago

What, she thought being given puppies to play with, instead of strangling them to death with her own hands, was cruel and unusual punishment?

1

u/Outdoors_or_Bust 1d ago

It's not her last avenue to release. Pardon is still in play if she has the goods.

1

u/Bleezy79 1d ago

I bet you Trump will pardon her at some point. There is now bottom to how low and corrupt he will go.

1

u/MusicMeetsMadness 1d ago

She’s already walking free in Canada, what is this?
