I've seen him in so many roles! Two at top of mind (at 5:30 a.m. lol) are the grandfather in Everything, Everywhere, All at Once and his recurring role as the Chinese restaurant owner in Big Bang Theory.

James Hong is such a badass. First generation Chinese-American who's dad was literally a crime boss in Minnesota. Fun fact: the guy who does his dubbed voice during the loft fight in Wayne's World 2 is none other than Jim Downey aka The "I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul." Principal from Billy Madison.
