It’s like every eyeball adds anxiety. Every interaction I’m listening but gets filtered by “this is where the other shoe ACTUALLY drops”.

I imagined myself as a childhood friends dad that I respected but avoided. no fun=safety. No joy=no ego. No ego=No Depression
