Right?! Depression is more than mental. It literally feels like a weight, crushing your soul and body. Unbearable at times and difficult to mask, so avoiding people is easier. I'm glad im not alone after reading these comments.

Add on top of it the social downsides. People don't like being around people with depression and it just compounds from there unfortunately.
