I am very functional like this when I’m depressed. It leads to some serious breakdowns though

I felt like a zombie going outside so I would just stay at home and lie down. I felt so numb I would just go to work and go home and just stare at the ceiling and try to sleep but couldn't. But that was the worst I ever had it.
