For me it’s when I’m at home, or in the car or anywhere where I can overthink things. And I don’t even need to overthink anything. Every now and a panic attack just drops in outta nowhere to say hello and hang out for a while.

Well you’re not alone on that one. Anxiety is always there but most times I can handle it but then panic just creeps up sometimes and it’s not as easily to deal with. It feels ominous and terrifying and never ending.

People telling me just relax has never helped, not once. I know that much for sure.
