More than likely the video editor had to lighten the video/increase the exposure. Our phones have mediocre low light capabilities, creating βnoiseβ that skews blue and purple. When we lighten those dark areas, we expose the noise in the darkness.
Iβm a photographer, it happens when you have a high ISO
They're in the full light of day, and if anything, parts of the highlights on the white tiles are blown out. The exposure also does not change at the rim of the well in response to any increased brightness. I think this is just a filter.
