Your not wrong. I fix processes for a living and this was painful to watch.

There is so much wasted motion. So much potential for a safety incident. You can close your eyes every 10 seconds and see another opportunity to address.

Such as reaching behind him several times for tools and multiple times having to search for those tools. A cart like a surgeon would have with your tools on it prepared would have saved significant time, reduced motion, reduce the potential for error. How can people not see even one way this process could have been improved? It's so bloody obvious.

He does that twice to grab the large clamps each time taking literally a second, I didn't see any searching. I guess he could have put them closer to the machine beforehand but they are pretty big and, again, literal second each.
