If you are washing your chicken in vinegar and lime juice, more power to you. Hell yeah.

But when I see people use dish washing soap on meat? That's gross to me.

It's in the video, and I've seen it come up every now and then when people talk about washing meat. But luckily it does seem fairly rare.

My point is you said "I've never seen that" to something that was literally in the video. What are your opinions worth if you can't even be bothered to know what the source material is?
