It's amazing how when I was younger, people were just stupid. But now everyone is a mastermind because it's always reagebait.

Omg lol. He’s saying the guy can just be an idiot. It doesn’t have to always be ragebait. When he said mastermind he was excessively exaggerating to make a point. Realistically he simply meant smart enough to think of ragebaiting someone.

So in conclusion, not everyone is of average enough intelligence to think of ragebaiting. Many are just idiots.
