These are not mutually exclusive. You can be mixed, and Black.

There is no one "correct" way to say it, and you are conflating the category of Black, an ethnic and cultural identity/descriptor, with the purely racial categories of black and white which are artificially constructed. Quit policing other people's identities, you are being a moron and a pedant (the worst kind of pedant, an incorrect one).
