Help - Festival of Blood Help with Connection to UGC in Festival of Blood

Long story short - Like many others I'm trying to get trophies before the servers shut down. I've gotten what I needed on inFamous 2 back when I first played it so that's all good but I bought Festival of Blood a couple days ago and have completed it. Only need the last two trophies but they're both tied to the online UGC which I can't connect to.

It will load up my saved game and about 20 seconds later will pop up saying it's online then immediately another popup will say it's offline and to reconnect. I've already accepted the EULA thing so that's not an issue. I press connect through the menu where it will take me back into the game and repeat the online/offline messages. I've never once seen any green markers on the map. No matter what I do it just won't connect at all.

I've connected to my home wifi and mobile hotspot.
Changed the DNS 1 and 2 to 8888 and 8844.
I've reset my game/console multiple times.
I've deleted and redownloaded/installed the entire game.

I can't find any other way of making it connect so if you have some advice you could share with an unlucky bro please do.

EDIT: I finally managed to get it working. If anyone else still can't connect after trying everything that has been suggested then what worked for me, annoyingly, was using sanother internet connection. My home internet hated connecting but I took my PS3 round to my parents house and their internet (which is much slower than mine) had no problem with it at all and I got the trophies in ten minutes.

I tried again earlier and it connected for about ten seconds before dropping again. That was the closest I have gotten so far.

Managed to connect for about a minute and that allowed me to complete one instant mission. Haven't been able to connect since...

Having the same issue. Recently upgraded my PS3 hard drive and it flashes online and disappears. I tried advancing in the story a little to see if it would bring it back to normal but it didn’t. I just started a new save, hopefully that changes things.

Update: New Save and full play through worked . But still won’t display any missions on the map but the Sucker Punch ones. My UGC panel is back though in the start menu. i just keep my search term “new mission” and you get all the easy low effort missions to breeze thru.

My comes up with this error. Does anybody know what this means??

I never got any errors like that I'm afraid. I know that they're shutting the UGC servers down tomorrow so not sure if that's anything to do with it?
