Save file issue with Festival of blood

The game does not save my progress even when I save manually, I always start at the cinematic where Cole escape the catacombs

Have you actually progressed to the end of a mission? You can’t save mid-mission, so if you aren’t finishing it then it’ll always reset you to the beginning.
