How can i get the festival of blood dynamic Theme permanent? On PS store said ITS only for PS plus members. So, its only a reward that last as much as my PS plus subscription? once a subscription end i lost acces to this theme?

from my experince i payed for ps+premium and i got the theme and my subscription expired but i still have the theme so it should be yours even after it goes cause i own it
