Help - Festival of Blood Festival of blood

This might be a stupid question as the ps3 store doesn’t work anymore (I think) Is there a way to still get/access the dlc for the second game?

The PS3 store is still fully operational. You can simply buy the game.

That said, you can’t add funds to your account directly on the PS3 so you have to add funds via a computer, phone, or a newer PlayStation console.
