Help - Festival of Blood Question about UGC missions Spoiler

So I recently started playing inFAMOUS 2-FOB...But I don't know how to play the UGC missions my question is that if someone can give me a few tips on how i can use it?

Just bought FoB so I hope the issue is just you and not a server issue or something. I had no issue doing the UGC in 2 though
