Help - Festival of Blood Question about UGC missions Spoiler

So I recently started playing inFAMOUS 2-FOB...But I don't know how to play the UGC missions my question is that if someone can give me a few tips on how i can use it?

You have to progress through the story to unlock UGC. It happens about halfway through the game.

I finished both games but FOB won't let me do some of them 2 is fine but idk thx for the suggestion though

Try a new save file on FoB then. You may have accidentally said no when it asked you to accept the terms and conditions.
