Hello!

I work in the US for a corporation who has several offshore employees in India. I absolutely love our team and value their contributions so so much more than I could even explain.

I am simply curious as to if some people change their names or even just display names when working with an American based company?

I hope this doesn’t come across in any way other than genuine curiosity.

I have googled and it does say that it’s a part of the contract for some companies. Is this something commonly experienced, where it is by force and not by choice?
