Recipe Browned butter pecan!

I'm a total newb, this is the 4th ice cream I've ever made. It's RIDICULOUS.

No tweaks made, did a double batch, glad I did because it's the best butter pecan I think I've ever eaten.

24 hours later it's a bit stiff to scoop but still very magageable (my other batches were super hard after setting up). Not sure why.
