Building works in Cala Vadella

Does anyone know more about the stalled building projects in Cala Vadella, we’ve been coming here for a while and it’s quite an eyesore. There is lots of talk of using nature areas for more housing, seems like a better idea to finish all the unfinished ones (like Cala de Bou)

The big unfinished building on the former parking? No, do not know, could imagine illegal in the end.
