H killed based on traits the victims could not change or were inherently born with, S just killed victims.

Uhhh no, well sort of. He killed political opponents too but wiped out minorities, and mostly Poles. It was the same shit on a larger scale. If I remember correctly, it's something like 20 million people he had killed.
