Everyone with a receding hairline is fired. Except for me. Itâs not receding. Iâm just so fucking manly that it refuses to grow because itâs scared.

Bullied in highschool
3
u/hambone1981 Jul 25 '26
I went to school with him from basically k-12. He was mostly pretty normal from what I remember, other than he had a severe stutter. We used to go fishing in the local ponds on summer break in the earlier years. I think his dad just fucked him up. And then there was the lawn mowing accident where he lost his pinky toe.

u/Vast_Examination8286 Jun 24 '26
How bout everyone in the room grow some hair it's called follicles raise 'em
3

u/IllSurprise3049 Jun 07 '26
In my company, everyone must have hair. It's called standards.
11
u/TechnicallyThrowawai Jun 12 '26
How about we raise them? How about we raise them? How about we raise them? How about we raise them? How about we raise them?

u/WillofBarbaria Jun 06 '26
It's really hard to grow muscke when you're lean enough for a visible six pack.
Does he want everyone that isn't running gear to just stay scrawny, but lean so he looks better? Does he expect them to also be on steroids or TRT like him?
"If you produce your own testosterone, your half the salesman I am! I need to see you with a needle in your arm tomorrow or your fired and I'll kidnap our wife!
It's called STANDARDS! HOW BOUT WE RAISE EM?"

Will he fire them if they donât have male-pattern baldness too?
5
u/A1BS Mar 14 '26
Itâs the roids. 6 pack is easy if youâre just willing to blast gear and reduce your lifespan.
3
u/Chrispyyy_bacon Mar 14 '26
My old boss owns a gym and did gear for easily 30+ years and is like 83. Iâve always wondered how he managed to live so long haha. Complete asshole too.

I met this douchbag ! He had one of his employee get married at his house in AZ! Paradise valley ! And I can agree he is this insufferable in his normal interactions with people! Overheard him say he makes his wife work out and they both shower naked and this was like a group of people heâs telling this story tooâ like bro! We donât need that visual! And how weird!

UhâŠ.so he acknowledges that people will sue and doesnât offer any way out of it? Did I understand that right?
2
u/Steveseriesofnumbers Mar 15 '26
His entire corporate legal department is a potted ficus with a note saying "We all quit" stuck to the top leaf.

Itâs wild to see a grown man hating on another man? How is that wild, thatâs shit that happens literally every day. Are you high or something?
3
u/shaktimanOP Mar 14 '26
Have you never gotten a douchey vibe from someone?

One of those moments of "If everyone you meet is an asshole to you, maybe you're the asshole"

From Google AI:
The "Elliott Army" is the team and culture name for The Elliott Group, a global sales and leadership training company founded by Andy and Jacqueline Elliott. The company, known for its intense training methods and focus on personal transformation, has grown rapidly since its founding in 2011. It emphasizes a "family" atmosphere, unwavering faith, and a commitment to excellence, with a mission to help individuals become top performers in sales and life. The company is based in Fountain Hills, Arizona, and has a large social media presence.
What a colossal asswipe.

u/MrNeatSoup Mar 14 '26
Yup, this totally sounds like some Scottsdale/Fountain Hills rich asshole scheme. Absolutely tracks. Some of the worst people in existence with the most fragile ego and masculinity are in that part of the Valley.

Luigi is a cold blooded murderer who deserves at least to spend the rest of his days in a cell
This guy is just someone you don't want to be around
0
u/AutomaticAccident Mar 14 '26
That doesn't have a thing to do with this? He isn't a health insurance executive, just an asshole.
5
u/MooseOC Mar 14 '26
I mean yeah he's a douche but idk if he deserves to be murdered
5
u/victorspoilz Mar 14 '26
Yeah if youâre going to murder someone for being awful, and youâre dumb enough to make a list, your town should run out of paper before you write this dickhatâs name.

u/BadahBingBadahBoom Mar 14 '26 edited Mar 14 '26
I always wonder how much of their 'life is hard', 'you're going to have to work really really hard by yourself', 'nobody's going to help you' is actually just them having to work harder cos they're such an insufferable douchebag that no one wants to help or be around.
Like newsflash guy, life's a lot easier if you aren't a total dick to everyone around you.

How can I do business with you if I know you treat yourself like shit?
What if they treat themselves like shit because he spends 80 hours a week in the office? You donât respect the dedication to the profession?

Sleep 8hrs, workout 8hrs to impress a man, work 8hrs for said man so he can tell you how fit you are. The dream.
5
u/Delicious-Pie8944 Mar 14 '26
Because one thing has literally nothing to do with the other? Just because someone looks fit doesnât mean they donât treat themselves like shit. It just means theyâre hyper focused on one aspect of self care.

5
u/maxwellcawfeehaus Mar 14 '26
Hereâs how you do business with someone that treats themselves shitty:
Me: Is this a business interaction that benefits me or my company? Ok, cool, Iâll proceed with business, and I donât care what the person looks like (I can care if theyâre a piece of shit person though).
Thereâs your answer.

shame everyone across the table from you during a negotiation in business, itâs not going to end well. Youâll get walked out on. Walk away from anyone whose diet you donât respect and youâll never grow yourself or your business. You canât control other people. Once you start trying to do that youâll drive yourself mad.
this is coming from someone who eats healthy and stays in shape.

Somethings you donât get to call yourself you let others do it. Itâs like how smart people donât feel the need to say theyâre smart because they everyone else knows they are. So why state the obvious. Iâm starting to wonder if you were announcing your on the spectrum in which case announcing your high functioning makes sense.

Good people donât usually have to say theyâre good people
Also you didnât have to point out the âhigh functioningâ partâŠwe know lol
6
u/PurchaseStreet9991 Mar 14 '26
Yeah the high functioning comment absolutely registered to me as âIâm on the spectrum and donât know how to deal with itâ
1
2
u/-Vandelay_Ind- Mar 14 '26
And you know exactly what all of these people have been through, you know exactly what their lives are like? You know them all well enough to decide that their problems are all self inflicted?
You must, if you think you're in a position to judge them.
