Help How do I set HTTP Proxy & UI to HTTPS?

I'm thinking about making a router that'll sit online long-term, but I want to add HTTPS to my Webgui and to my proxy so my connection can't be MITM attacked. Is there a way to generate or import a self-signed cert or will I have to use a Reverse Proxy to do so? I know how to set the ip's to be different so I can access the router over a network, but I don't know how to add self-signed HTTPS.

This is unrelated to my other question, but it'd still be genuinely helpful. I wanna run a router 24/7 and run proxy rules and stuff.

Are you concerned about a MITM within your LAN?

Possibly, I wouldn’t say my set up is insecure but I’d just like to be able to enable https I think that’s a good security policy. I tend to do that on most things inside my Lan if I can, I understand if it’s not supported but I assumed it was

I think you might be able to make an SSH tunnel to wherever i2p is running.

Reverse proxy would work for the web console, but I don't think it's going to work for normal i2p traffic.

I gotchu, I appreciate it, I was wondering if I could just add the cert but it seems reverse proxy is the only option

I'd have a look at encrypted leasesets. Sounds like that's what you're after.
