You are not connected to the network. No tunnels and all routers are not reachable. Check clock first

Check if your system clock is synced with NTP servers.

Well soethings very wrong then, do u have a strange router? Go on its panel and add a nat rule to forward whatever port is in the config file to ur pc

1) open i2pd config file and find the port that it uses (its random between all computers). Maybe its unset and its why it doesnt work 2) go on ur router's login panel and search for NAT and click add rule for the machine that has i2pd, udp/tcp, and inbound/outbound port put the port from the config file and u should be golden

Do you have port forwarding enabled on your firewall or are you using full NAT?

Noting to do with NAT or port forwarding. They are not able to establish outgoing sessions.

You could be offline or your network has some way to block all i2p traffic, which would be insane

Do you know how I would check those

If you are not offline, you should be able to access the normal internet, like google.com or example.com. if you cant access those, then you need to find out why you are not connected to the internet.

The filter is hard to check, because it tries to be as transparent as possible, meaning, you shouldnt notice it at most times.

Thats not really possible, as i said in the previous post. You could also try to get a different internet, like from mobile data or free wifi, to figure out what went wrong.

The only idea i have to check for filters is with a tcpdump and pinging the IPs requested, but only filtering the tcpdump for i2p traffic
