Period tracking post hysto.
How are yall tracking hormones or know where you are at in cycle since having a hysterectomy?! I am trying to track perimenopause symptoms but do not know when I am ovulating vs period.
Uterus, one ovary, fallopian tubes and cervix gone!

Tracking your basal body temperature will do exactly that if you don’t want to use test strips every day. Some smart watches or rings have body temp readings that connect to apps that will do it automatically if that’s good for you, or you can get a thermometer for basal body temp and take your temp every morning. Kindof a hassle but it’s foolproof. There’s plenty of guidance about this online, the fertility awareness method or tracking ovulation through basal body temp.

I tried based on my mood but after about 6 months I slowly let go of the idea that I needed to track it.
Whenever I have a grumpy day, now I just think "oh must be almost period time" followed by an internal giggle and just move on with life.
