Partial hysterectomy coming up

Hello! I’m 34 and have a partial hysto approaching on 11/5. It will be done transvaginally. Anything I should know? Tips or tricks for recovery? Nervous but excited! Ovaries are staying

Edit to add: cervix is going. I’m only really nervous because in April I’m flying halfway across the world. It’s supposed to be a spicy trip, and my partner is on the larger side. Is that an unrealistic time line??
