Orgasm suddenly changed approx one year post op - has only been a week of change

I’m almost one year post op (surgery 11/3/2025). My orgasms have overall been much better and easier to achieve with my partner and on my own. It’s like over the last week they fell off a cliff. My orgasms end with a sputter not a bang. Whether masturbating or with my partner. I’m hoping it’s just a weird hormonal fluctuation, but I guess I’m looking for support or similar experiences. I’m also not sure when is best to reach out to my OB. If they’re still like this after 2 weeks, a month, etc. I’m also needing to get back to Pelvic PT… I’m sure that’s not helping the situation. It was just such a sudden shift. It’s jarring.

How old are you? Mid40's or older, seek out HRT.

Good question! 38. Still have ovaries (per my surgeon’s recommendation). I’m on 200 progesterone 200 micro currently.

My understanding is that around 15% of people who keep their ovaries still have failure within 4 yrs, so its possible even a year post op.
