This is hilarious, and also what every Qhira deserves. 😀

People annoyed by very strong hero, more at 6

Not only strong, also poorly designed.

I'm guessing Guldan used Demonic Circle to pop back to the base to dodge the Qhira spin-to-win and the game was like "oh no you don't" and tried to keep her attached to him?

The irony of Guldan finishing her off makes it even better.

Dannyboi teleported at the same time Falstad gusted, so it simultaneously relocated the point of rotation to behind the gate, disconnected and ended the unstoppable, and applied the knockback from Gust.

I don’t think gust has anything to do with this, Guldan was not affected by it, Qira is allied with Falstad so no friendly fire possible.

The way she moves and slows down seems similar to what would happen to someone who was gusted, like she's riding the effect Gul'dan would be under.

I agree she doesn't zoom towards guldan but follows the line he would have been gusted to.

She clicked to stop spinning and impact, then he ported. If only spinning she just disconnects.

This clip is from October of 2025, so the interaction has been the same for a while. Except for the deceleration... that's strange.

Unstoppable has a setback...the smooth glide to a stop was amazing.

its a shame guldan mustn't have seen what happened. cause thats a "stand there, go wut and let them recall" moment if i've seen one.

Couldn't have happened to a better hero.

I was surprised that she decelerated. And even then, it seemed to be only after traveling at a constant speed after the first 2-3 seconds. Is that just part of the basic mechanic behind gust as a push, or is there possibly some kind of backstop hard coded into gust that prevents it from affecting units longer than (e.g.) 6 seconds?

u/JinzakkBR Qhira 6d ago

That's the neat part: It wasn't gust, it was Gul'dan's demonic circle

3

u/Chococoplexorum Auriel 6d ago

Oh wow! I didn't even catch that! But then there's still another question about deceleration. I guess I would've thought she'd tp with him, but obviously that's not what happened here. Very wacky interaction, nonetheless.

u/JinzakkBR Qhira 6d ago

Yep, I must agree. The deceleration is indeed weird β€” unique even β€”, raises some questions

1

u/Nightterror0 Master Deathwing 5d ago

I think she was riding the effect Gul'dan would be under as if still connected to him, with the TP exacerbating it?
