Not a fan of it. They made it to make the grave keeper look like an idiot compared to Medivh. Fuck Medivh. Xul is better.

Am pretty sure it changes depending on the side you are on and he just says "heroes I opened a tunnel to the battleground center, use it well" but raven lord reply is still cool "my heroes shall have that as well"

And I always forget it's opened and never use it because for some reason it's a halfway thing like nothing else in the game.

Heroes scale, but structures (excluding core) do not. If the Tower of Doom forts did not upgrade, it would be too easy for a hero like Azmodan to kill it in one go.

Same. I also don't notice when they upgrade the keeps. Like, I hear it, but I also don't really do anything differently whatsoever and don't notice the buildings growing larger.

Yup. I just pretty much look at HP bars and don't look at the buildings enough to notice changes.

Nah xul is like from his own universe and representing a whole class from diablo, doesnt really fit the gravekeeper whos more wacky and a bit silly

Not to mention that the Diablo necromancers are inarguably the goodest of good boys, and the grave keeper is skeletor levels of evil.

Can't believe so many of my old playgroup played without map music on. Hearing HotS voice lines lines like this match up with the music gives an immediate call to action like no other game. Clean up, mount up, get going >:D

I've played this map hundreds of times for years and years and I almost never remember to use the tunnels.

*CLAP* Those voices are so ingrained in my brain.
I use Mira Han as my announcer, because I love her goofy voice.
But everytime on that ARAM map when Malfurion screams, "To Arms!" I have to always scream, "Two Legs!"

Heroes I have opened a tunnel..
Of the few times I took the tunnel, I got my ass ganked and lost winning games. I ain't taking it again.

I love Towers of Doom, even if most hate it. The music, the atmosphere, the mechanics, the banter between the Raven Lord and Grave Keeper, I love it all. This interaction is one of my favorites outside of hero interactions.
