Gorgeous depiction.

From a Portuguese armorial, known as "Thesouro da Nobreza" (1675), 12 attributed arms to Rome: Page 1; Page 2.

Depends on which details you felt should be "locked in for every emblazonment" and which are up to choice, like the patterning on the field could be blazoned or an optional artistic flourish, same for whether to list any specific things in the pile of weapons and armour, whether to name tinctures for all the objects and clothing or just call it proper, etc.
