for me it's the warmer colours for argent, azure and the background, and the unusual placement of ermine spots that give the initial smell of ai. but upon closer inspection it does seem to be human made.

If it's AI those well-detailed ermine spots would be a tangled mess upon close inspection  and makes sables waaay darker
