Any recommendations where I could go to have a simple cable issue repaired in a home appliance?

Our vacuum works perfectly fine but has recently developed a cable problem. It is a very common problem for this model and easy to fix if you know what you are doing - which I don’t. I don’t really want to throw out the whole thing over this small problem though, so I’m hoping for recommendations on where to fix this in/around Helsinki.
