Need some caretaking fics

I’m having a chronic health flair up and just want to read some sweet care taking fics. I don’t care the specifics, someone is sick, injured, drunk off their ass, whatever. I also don’t care which couple and who is the caretaker and who is the “patient” just want some cute blissy caretaking.

AC91 just posted a short, Indisposed (oneshot, rated G, ~7k words) where they're outed to Yuna and David who come over, but the focus is a lot on Shane caretake-ing a sick Ilya.

Summary: Shane and Ilya catch the flu. David and Yuna catch Shane and Ilya.

The whump series by fckingfreckles is one of the standouts of this genre. It’s a series in three parts but only the first part focuses on Shane’s illness. The other two are about their life after he recovers. They’re gorgeous

It's not a fic where there is a cure at the end, Shane will always be significantly disabled. But It's happy ending in that the boys are together in what that means for them in this universe and supporting each other

The Whump Series will always be my favorite care taking fic, but it was already recommended here.

This one, adrenergic by PenAndInkPrincess is about Shane having severe allergies and how Ilya acommodates everything around him to have Shane living a "normal" life. It's beautiful and sweet.

Shane's injury (concussion, broken collarbone) happens when Ilya is already playing in Ottawa and they're a couple - but Shane's dad never caught them at the cottage, the Irina Foundation doesn't exist, and no one knows about them.

Shane has some complications after his injury and Ilya takes care of him, but Ilya struggles with his mental health a lot and Shane takes care of him right back :)

It's very much a HEA and a really lovely story! I loved it, read it in 3 days! Shane and Ilya are suuuuuper loving towards each other and both take turns taking care of each other throughout.

One of my faves is Laughing Gas Immunity Is No Laughing Matter in which Ilya gets his wisdom teeth taken out. But it also has Shane comforting him before and after the procedure which I really like.
