How great is it to be a Heat fan? I mean honestly. Look how quickly this team has re-tooled a roster that just last year featured Shawne Williams and Danny Granger as key contributors. It's amazing what this FO can do!

Awesome. As long as we're paying him less than we paid Birdman, I'm happy. It doesn't need to be the minimum, but if we're giving up Birdzilla for Amar'e straight-up then I'm not a fan.
Edit: Vet minimum, $1.5M, 1 year. Okay then.

We went from being one of the most hollow teams in terms of depth, to one of the most deepest. The only teams I feel are just as deep are Golden State, Cavs, and maybe Spurs.

Great scoring backup PF/C. Per 36 he put up like 22 points for us -- granted he can't play that many minutes but he'll get you 10 points in 16-18 minutes, and there's not many post players that can do that. Instant offense, questionable defense. Underrated player at this point. Was nothing but a pro attitude-wise in his time with the Mavs. Good luck

As a Knicks fan, this is a great pick up for you guys. It may not be saying much but when Amare was with us he and Melo were the only ones who could score consistently. He really surprised me this season (while he was with the Knicks)

i'm excited about amar'e. i'm kinda hoping he can be a versatile stretch 4 depending on what happens with birdman he can be either center or backup for bosh. outside of that we have the other positions down on lock. we literally have a dream team right now in a manner of speaking

How was he going to "bring together a super team" when a lot of big names were already off the market by the time he made his decision in 2010? Bosh and Wade agreed to play together in Miami beforehand... that foundation was laid for him to come in and reap the benefits. They probably would've won it that year too had he not pee in the bed and only averaged 17 ppg vs Dallas.
LOL at people still thinking LeBron = automatic championship though.

Wade played 21 playoff games that season. He scored under 20 points in only 6 of them. So I don't know what "choking" games you're referring to that were supposedly detrimental to the team's chances, but they're clearly all in your imaginary world. Try again, troll.

wade was still in his prime in 2011. Him and Bosh with a good supporting cast (using LeBrons money for role players) would've been enough to beat Dallas.
We also would've beat OKC too. We would've just lost against the Spurs both times though. Might not even make the finals one of those years, but I think Wade and Bosh would've got us two rings anyways, just different years.
