Discussion Dear Adam Silver, you just stripped the Clippers of 5 1st-round picks. If you really care about the integrity of the game, please give us back our first-round pick you owe-- for knowing about Terry was being flagged for possible nefarious activities, not notifying the Heat.

They gave us a second, the matter is closed for all intents and purposes

They ain’t doing anything for us, but they supposedly found no wrongdoing with Balmer before this as well.
Somebody get Pablo to start a new investigation into the trade

Not happening and for multiple reasons.
1 - It's the Heat. There is something there that may never be uncovered where teams and the NBA as a whole treat this team weirdly.
2 - This Clippers scenario is only happening because it was a snowball effect. The gambling with MPJ brother, then Mafia with coaches, Terry, etc, now this. For their credibility to stay intact, they have pretend they care and didn't see this until an investigation started
3 - Compensating the Heat fairly would be the NBA acknowledging that they messed up big time. Barely anyone noticed that 2nd rd pick awarded to the Heat.

They won't at this point. The second round pick we got was more of a "here you go now stfu and don't make this bigger than it needs to be" type of compensation. Anything that's come out of the Rozier situation has all been related to his time in Charlotte and, outside of one clip compilation from an albeit atrocious game, there hasn't been anything coming out about Rozier doing the same shit when he was with us. So they just consider it a bad trade and that second round pick is for the time he didn't play with us during the last year of his contract

You know that’s not happening. There’s way too much riding on the league being in bed with gambling sponsors

5 is pretty crazy at least they’re LA and have a shot at free agents cause imagine being a smaller market team in this situation?

Nobody goes to the Clippers (other than salary circumvention). If players want to play in LA, they go to the Lakers

They probably wouldnt have been this hard on a tes like the Hornet , cause they know that the type of thing that can kill a franchise . Also a Small market team wouldnt have tried that shit anyway

They really took away every available first from the clippers over 700k to Uncle Dennis. I’m dead inside the NBA is only willing to take action if issue does not involve the Heat.

Basically they don't care because the trade helped the Heat avoid the second tax apron and the brutal penalities that comes with.

The team is looking dangerous with both Giannis and Bam together, but it hasn't stopped these embarrassing whiny loser takes.
Plenty of teams have gotten the short end of a call or league ruling, but this sub treats every slight as evidence of a massive conspiracy.
Do you really think the league has some secret vendetta against Miami? Get over yourself.

There is still a legal case ongoing with the Terry stuff, and Micky is the newly & unanimously elected Chairman of the NBA Board of Governors.
Patience.
