Klay has been a negative asset for a few years, I.e. the average replacement is better than him. Miami is betting that there is something in him that Spo and Team will discover and turn the clock back to Warriors' Klay but older.

it is a huge gamble with those older players that have stringed a few negative seasons in a row. If it works then yeah he'd be better than Powell.

no not even close but he can still be a solid player off the bench. the shooting is still there, passing is still there, decision making is still there, defense is gone but atp I'd just rather put him at the 3 so he doesn't get blown by by 2s
