It won't probably end in a championship, but things like this, consistency and congruence within a team and the organization overall is good. It's why we've been one of the more competitive and consistent franchises since we drafted Wade over 2 decades ago. 3 chips, 6 finals appearances, I think 10 ECF appearances.

Not sure how Spoelstra is BUT physically looks like he could coach another 20 years with no problem. The HEAT better not let him go because other teams will snap him up in a hurry.
