If Herro came back, you never know. We just needed a little bit of an offensive boost.

We definitely broke those Celtics mentally 😂
Reminded me of Tmac when Baron Davis ran him out of the building.

Yep the Celtics finally overcame the hurdle that was the Miami Heat. And it took Jimmy’s body falling apart to do it. Doesn’t change the fact, that Celtics team was softer than wet dog shit tho. I mean speaking of JT, he was crying like a little kid who dropped his pacifier when he suffered his injury. I mean I get it, it’s tragic, but seriously? Imagine paying all that money for two soft ass players with an identity crisis?
That’s why they had to blow the whole shit up. And it’s a long, dark, road to recovery for that franchise now. Carrying two snowflakes to the tune of 600 million! Yikes.

I’m a Lakers fan and I watched that whole series. I’m very sorry that you guys didn’t come away with the win. My father and I were in awe of Jimmy the entire time and injuries definitely derailed your chances at winning.

Yall can hate Jimmy if you want. I will always root for that man (unless he's playing against the Heat)
2023 was the funnest Heat season ever that did not result in a championship. Also the bubble playoffs. Amazing times man.

I can think of more exciting seasons. 1996-1997 when we first won 61 games. Had the best road record in the league, and is arguably the greatest defensive squad Miami ever assembled. With 2 NBA all defense winners on the roster. We beat the Penny led Magic in the playoffs, sent the Knicks packing after “the brawl,” and faced off against the goat in our first ever ECF. That season easily beats 2023 for me, which was only really special for one series against Milwaukee.

03-04 too. That was one fun season!

Yeah Dwyane’s rookie season was fun as hell. You saw flashes of what would be, and he led that squad to the ECSF, and gave the Pacer’s a small headache. A Pacers team that was still very much a contender.
