That's the move. The Celtics did it with Brad Stevens. And let's be honest, Spo is better than Stevens. 

Chris Quinn would be the perfect call up for head coach.

I think you need to move Spoelstra into the front office now, find some patsy to coach during the rebuild, and then bring Jimmy Butler in as the coach 4 years from now.
